Customer service

Patient: can I make an urgent appointment please?
Me: sure . Can you come in on Thursday?
Patient: sorry I can't do Thursday. Can I come in next Tue?
Me: no problem. What about Tue 3.30pm?
Patient: can I come in at 1.30?
Me: sorry only 3.30 is available.
Patient: what about the follow Tue?
Me: yes can you come in at 8.30?
Patient: can I come in at 1.30pm? I can only come between 12 to 2pm.
Me: sorry we only have 8.30am or 3pm
Patient: no 1.30pm?
Me: sorry we don't have the time that you like. Can you come in at 3pm?
Patient: yes

Point to make

Some people dont understand the world doesn't just work around them. If you only want to come in on a Tue between 12 to 2pm to see the dentist, maybe you should consider to open your own clinic. Or you shouldn't complain it's hard to make appointment.

If you only wants to come in on Tue at certain time. I don't think it's an urgent appointment. So don't bother telling me it's urgent coz I don't want to waste my time looking for first available appointment for you.

Customer service is hard. "Smart" patient doesn't make it any easier.
