Again, there is no sign in English so we went to the ticket office for info. The ticket lady checked our passport and printed us a real train ticket.
Instruction is not in English English but lucky enough I have done some homework about this train so I kind of know what to do.
Anyway, getting on the train is easy when you are in a country that people know to queue. The ticket lady checked our tickets and passports again before you jump on the train. Be careful with the super big gap between the platform and the train. If you are not strong enough then your heavy suitcase will drag you into this hole!
The luggages storage space on the train is very small about half size of the one on Melbourne airport transfer bus. So if you have big bags want to secure a descent place, you have to get there early.
The train itself is very nice. Big seat with lots of space and good size of table.
Food trolley came around few times during the trip or you can go to the restaurant car on car number 5. They have coffee tea and sandwich.
I still the like train better in Japan coz it serve train bento but I think this train here is newer and have bigger seats.
